I have been looking for the perfect sheath dress that makes a bold statement but is also ultra comfortable. What better dress, than to have animal print, t-shirt sleeves and the just right length for any occasion. This could be dressed up if you were attending a wedding or evening party. I paired it with this gorgeous Alphaline Design “My Wings” necklace, which has no clasp but an innovative magnetic clasp on the charm. I chose this particular style becuase I used to think Hummingbirds were bad luck, due to personal losses in my life. Recently, as you all know we lost Hudson our 2 year old great dane and every morning when we would go outside in our walkway there at eye level, a hummingbird fluttering its beautiful colors. Now, when I see this hummingbird I turn my negative into a positive and enjoy the symbolism and joy. I think of my Mamajean (grandma) and our Hudson boy…brings tears to my eyes. So, be sure to check out Alphaline Designs my new favorite piece of jewelry, that holds a special place in my heart and hopefully yours too! They are also on facebook!
Today it’s all about the dress; I like this dress but don’t love it. The pattern is ok, but what bothers me is the fit. I wish it were just a little tighter and not so loose. The yellow bag is really the perfect bag for this outfit. But my favorite part of her outfit is her necklace. This necklace looks spectacular but as a guy I am more interested in the manufacturing process, as weird as that sounds it’s the truth. It is just a very cool necklace with the two halves that are magnetic, and if women like it as well it’s a win win in my book.
